Introduction

Welcome to VerseFlow. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the VerseFlow mobile application ("App") developed by Lubara ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using VerseFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VerseFlow for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You May:

  • Use the App to write, edit, organize, and export your poetry and creative writing
  • Share your poems via the App's export features
  • Purchase VerseFlow+ for access to premium features
  • Use the App on any compatible device you own

You May Not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its code
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Use the App to create content that infringes on others' rights

Your Content

You own your words. All poems, writings, and content you create using VerseFlow belong entirely to you. We do not claim any ownership or rights over your creative work.

Since your content is stored locally on your device and never sent to our servers:

  • We cannot access, view, or modify your content
  • You are solely responsible for backing up your content
  • If you uninstall the App or clear its data, your content will be deleted

Intellectual Property

The VerseFlow App, including its design, code, features, themes, fonts, icons, and branding, is owned by Lubara and protected by intellectual property laws.

  • VerseFlow and the VerseFlow logo are trademarks of Lubara
  • All custom themes and visual designs are our copyrighted works
  • Third-party fonts included in the App are used under their respective licenses

You may not use our branding, logo, or visual assets without prior written permission.

VerseFlow+ (Premium Features)

VerseFlow+ is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks premium themes and fonts.

  • Payment: Processed securely through Google Play
  • Access: Lifetime access on the device/account used for purchase
  • Refunds: Subject to Google Play's refund policies
  • Transfers: Purchase is tied to your Google Play account and cannot be transferred

We reserve the right to modify premium features, but will not remove features already included in your purchase.

Limitations of Liability

VerseFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • We are not liable for any loss of data or content (please back up your work)
  • We are not responsible for how you choose to share your content
  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for VerseFlow+ (if applicable)

Disclaimer

VerseFlow is a creative writing tool. We do not provide any guarantees regarding:

  • The suitability of the App for professional or commercial publishing
  • The compatibility of exported content with third-party platforms
  • Continuous availability of specific features

Termination

You may stop using VerseFlow at any time by uninstalling the App.

We reserve the right to:

  • Discontinue the App with reasonable notice
  • Update these Terms as needed
  • Remove the App from distribution platforms

If we discontinue the App, purchases of VerseFlow+ will remain valid for the lifetime of the installed version.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

  • We will update the "Last updated" date
  • Significant changes will be communicated via the App or this website
  • Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanisms available in your jurisdiction.
